Based in Carlsbad, CA since 1996, digital OutPost is a nationally renowned digital media production company specializing in high-end corporate and government marketing and training. We are currently seeking an Account Executive to join our small but growing team. The right candidate will have the following:

Qualities:

• 5-10 years Sales experience
• Proven Torrential Rainmaking capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Initiative, Judgement and discretion
• Impeccable customer service ethos
• The desire to plan, organize and integrate priorities and deadlines
• The drive to obtain new sales
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively to large or small clients with contemporary presentation skills
• Familiarity with video production and encoding a plus
• Military experience helpful

Responsibilities:

• Increase sales through the growth of existing customers and the prospecting and development of new customers via phone, personal visits and internet searches.
• Make numerous personal sales visits each week.
• Aggressively pursue business to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
• Attend business and social events.
• Help formulate and execute the vision for digital OutPost's sales and marketing
• Prepare sales reports and analysis
